Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of HR consultancy services (“Services”) by Adeptrade (“we,” “our,” “us”) to individuals and businesses (“you,” “your,” “the client”). By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

  • Adeptrade will provide HR consultancy services as described in written proposals, agreements, or confirmed engagements with the client.

  • Services may include but are not limited to: recruitment support, HR advisory, compliance guidance, training, and organizational development.

  • Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

2. Fees and Payment

  • Individuals: Payment may be made via credit/debit card, Revolut Pay, or bank transfer (IBAN) prior to the commencement of services.

  • Businesses: Services will be invoiced. Invoices are payable within 15 calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Adeptrade reserves the right to apply interest and/or suspend services for overdue invoices.

  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Refund Policy

  • Services that have been delivered are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may be issued only in accordance with Adeptrade’s Refund Policy (e.g., in cases of advance payments for unrendered services, service non-delivery, or billing errors).

  • Refund requests must be made in writing within the specified timeframe.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for Adeptrade to perform its services effectively.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that any decisions based on Adeptrade’s advice or recommendations comply with your organization’s legal and operational requirements.

5. Confidentiality

  • Adeptrade will treat all information received from clients as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

  • This obligation of confidentiality survives termination of the services.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Adeptrade provides services with care, skill, and professional diligence but does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adeptrade’s liability for any claim arising out of its services shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  • Adeptrade shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or data.
